Would you eat raw ground beef?
It’s been a while since I’ve been able to write about culture and society under the category of “just not right,” but this tradition definitely ranks up there.
After cases of E-coli and a history of E-coli outbreaks, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Health Officials are giving a stern warning about the safety of an appetizer called Cannibal Sandwiches (it’s not), which are nothing more than raw ground beef, seasoned with black pepper and sometimes onions, and spread over rye cocktail bread.
